Delivery Timeline

After your order has been processed and handed over to our courier partner, the standard delivery time is typically between 3 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Customers in major metropolitan areas such as Mumbai, Delhi, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, and Kolkata often experience faster deliveries — sometimes within 2 to 4 business days. For customers in smaller towns, semi-urban, or rural locations, delivery may take closer to the upper end of the 7-business-day range. While we strive to meet these timelines consistently, external factors such as weather conditions, local holidays, logistics disruptions, or unforeseen circumstances may occasionally cause slight delays. In such rare cases, we proactively inform you and work to resolve the situation as quickly as possible.

For orders below this amount, a nominal flat shipping fee of ₹50 is applied at checkout. This charge covers handling, packaging materials, and courier costs, ensuring your books are packed securely and delivered safely. Order Tracking

Staying informed about your order's journey is important to us. As soon as your package is dispatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email and/or SMS notification containing a unique tracking ID along with the name of the courier partner handling your shipment. You can use this tracking ID on the courier's website or mobile app to monitor your package in real-time — from pickup and transit to the final delivery attempt. If you do not receive your tracking information within 2 business days of placing your order, please reach out to our customer support team, and we will assist you promptly.

Delivery Attempts & Missed Deliveries

Our courier partners typically make up to two delivery attempts to your registered address. If no one is available to receive the package after both attempts, the shipment may be returned to us. If a package is returned due to non-delivery, our team will contact you to arrange a reshipment or process a refund according to our refund policy.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the unfortunate event that your package arrives damaged or is lost in transit, we are here to help. Please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of receiving a damaged package, providing clear photographs of the damaged item and packaging.
